- Other products of Domaine du Temps The estate has 70 hectares of which only 10 hectares are planted with vines. The rest of the estate is for the animals and nature, a true biotope. Jeremy ran a restaurant in Paris for many years with his wife Lauranne. After 20 years, the two were drawn to nature, out of the big city. Lauranne attended wine school and spent a year in Burgundy on the domain of Frédéric Cossard. After that, the two of them founded their own winery. They found an old one, which was completely abandoned, and started making wines without chemicals, but with a lot of love.
