The Aristargos comes from old, traditional bush vines that are not irrigated. The cuvée is absolutely original and unique. It is not for nothing that experts and critics give this wine world class marks! Elegant in the fragrance with high complexity and density, silky and intense on the palate with wonderful aromatic volume, perfect balance and fantastic length. Great!

David & Nadia is a family run winery, they focus on a spectrum of organic, ancient and dry land bush hog vines from different areas with different soil types across Swartland, which are farmed by like-minded people. The winery is a member of the Swartland Independent Producers. In the vineyard you aim for organic cultivation and in the cellar you work as naturally as possible. After all, it's about the soil and the vineyards. David & Nadia believe in a pure, fresh and natural style in which the location and soil are treated with minimal influences from the winemaking perspective.
