Description: 
The best vineyards of the Soave Classico region, the home of Marani Bianco Veronese of satori. The vines are on chalky soils on the southern slopes of the Alpine foothills.

Vinification: The grapes are destemmed for about 40 days and then dried and milled. The fermentation takes place in the first days on the skins, then as a must. A small portion is fermented in new oak barrels and for 4 - stored for 6 months on the lees. So from the very profitable as well-known grape Gaganega results nevertheless a powerful and characterful wine.
The color is intense golden-yellow, with bright aromas of ripe fruit and honey. On the palate you noticed hints of pineapple and quince, which are accompanied by a delicate enamel. The wine is dry but full-bodied and full-bodied.
