The raspberry and sweet confection of the grenache are lifted on the nose, the palate is rich in raspberry, black olive and undertones of cigar box.
The mid palate is rich and full of red berry flavours, in toasty oak tannins.
The Mimosa Mysterium will age well in the years to come.contains sulfites
