Description:
The Stroblhof Pinot Noir Riserva is the reward of many years of work in the vineyard and in the cellar - a reward that is worth every effort. Twelve months of aging in small oak barrels are followed by another eight in large and one crowning year in the bottle. An iridescent ruby radiates from the glass and unfolds a play of red berries, spicy nutmeg and a restrained but charming note of flint. On the palate, the Pinot Noir scores with velvety tannins and stimulating freshness. Dense, full-bodied and flattering, its echo lingers for a long time.
