At our winery in Biniali, we use state-of-the-art technology to make our wines, while conserving certain traditional manual techniques when handling the grapes. An organic environmental management system is used to regulate both our vineyards and the production system in order to improve the quality of the grapes and respect the natural rhythm of the plants and the ecological balance of the surrounding area. Biological products are used to cultivate the grapes, applying the age-old system of biodynamics in the cultivation and pruning of the plants and harvesting of the grapes.
