Description: 
For the Gb Easy, Thomas Hensel only uses grapes from his own cultivation. The must was gently pre-clarified and fermented very cool in stainless steel tanks. After the alcoholic fermentation is complete, the alcohol is extracted from the Pinot Gris in an innovative and gentle process. The typical grape variety aroma is retained and the wine retains its full taste. The non-alcoholic wine is produced with the most innovative vacuum distillation system currently available. Here, at around 30 degrees, the alcohol is gently removed from the wine, and the solid-phase extraction adds some of the lost aroma back to the dealcoholized wine.
The Hensel Gb Easy is a wonderfully harmonious wine that, in addition to stone fruit, also shows the typical and fine nutty aromas of Pinot Gris.
