De Meye Syrah
Very juicy, with aromas of blackcurrant and hints of fynbos. Following the aroma, there is a delicious spice on the palate, lots of fruit and an elegant freshness in the finish. The grapes for De Meye Syrah are picked by hand and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures for 5 months in old French oak barrels.This Syrah is best served slightly below room temperature!**** John Platter 2021
