Description:
The Quinta dos Roques Vinho Tinto has a restrained and subtle nose of red fruits and a touch of spice and cedar.
The palate is considerably more forthcoming, with a fruit sweet attack then a perfectly balanced array of more red fruits, supple tannins and a long, minerally finish. Delicious and satisfyingly savoury.
One feels tasting this as though the berries must have been perfectly ripe and that the wine has made itelf; not a hint of over extraction.
