In the glass we see the method Pongracz Cap Classique yellow green with a fine mousse.

The nose shows a fresh scent of green apple, apricot and some biscuits.

On the palate, we feel its fine mousse and plump, caressing the body with fresh acidity.

The finish is long and fine. The aromas are reminiscent of ripe apples and apricots, biscuit and caramel, and fresh bread, too.
