We offer a range of Gifts here. We are also pleased to offer individual presents to you, and will also attach your present a Greeting card with your individual text.

Can you sent my order boxed as Gift?
Yes, we have a range of gift-boxes and fancy paper to arrange your gift. We will also enclose a Greeting Card with your individual text. If demanded, please use the comment field during the order process to tell us your wishes. The invoice for gifts is sent to your email-address, of course it will not be in the package :-)

Why do I have to register?
First of all, there are laws regarding alcohol in Europe which we have to follow. Secondly, with your account you have an overview on former orders if you forgot the name of a wine, the status of shipping, can register different delivery addresses and so on. We assure that your data is only used to serve your order, no one else will get your full data (even the shipper will only get the necessaries).

Orders within Europe
We are pleased to serve you with excellent wines within the whole european union - oftentimes the order will receive the receipient within two days (within Germany often the next day). With our shipping-partner UPS you get the wine directly and secure to your doorstep. When shipping, you will get a tracking link to see where your wine currently is and when it will arrive.

Do I have to pay additional taxes as foreigner?
NO! Since the European Union has been established, you buy within Europe without any additional taxes.
Even the money transfer within the EU is a standardized straightforward process, like a local money transfer within your country.

Orders to Switzerland?
Unfortunately Switzerland has not joined the EU, yet. There are some tariff regulations to be attended. We charge 19.90 EUR all-in for deliveries to Switzerland.

Availability of articles
Most of our products are ready for shipping within only 24 hours. If you want to verify, please write an email to info@weinbaule.de!
We will inform you if some parts of your order are not deliverable directly.

We ship to all countries in the european union, and can individually offer shipment to other countries. The wines are sent in certified shipping boxes, carefully transported by our main shipping-partner UPS.

How is the wine transported? How long does it take?
Our main shipping-partner is UPS. Usually delivery takes within Germany only 24 hours, to other european countries only 48 hours. Please remember that this is not a fixed period, in very few instances it takes more time.

Can I chose another delivery address?
Yes, within our order-process you can chose another address for delivery, even to friends (see also Gift section above).

Can I influence the day of delivery?
Of course! During the order process, you can leave a message in the comments field, where you denote some delivery-whishes.
If the order is on track, you can ask UPS for a certain delivery date. If do not encounter you, they will look for a neighbor who is willing to take it, or leave a message with a new delivery-date, which you can influence by phone.

Can I pay with credit card?
You can use PayPal to pay via credit cards. Up to now we can only offer credit card payment via PayPal. For German bank accounts, we also offer payment via direct debit.
